This luxury villa rental in the proximity of Sala Comacina is serviced by a lift and it is well lit thanks to the various high-to-ceiling windows placed on all the three floors. On the lower floor, there is direct access to the terrace and pool patio, as well as an ample entertainment room with a home cinema, sumptuous sofas and a pool table, while on the first floor there is the bright elegant living room with direct access to a spacious terrace with outdoor seating. The remaining four bedrooms are on the second floor, two of which have access to a private balcony each. The exteriors boast the infinity swimming pool and an adjacent jacuzzi that overlook Lake Como and the mountains that surround Villa Azzano. This elegant villa is situated in Azzano, near Lenno, on the Western coast of Lake Como and has easy access to some of the prettiest villages of Lake Como, such as Varenna and Bellagio.  

This luxury villa rental overlooking Lake Como is on three floors and is connected via lift. There are 6 ensuite double bedrooms, none of which are convertible into twin single beds.

Lower floor

It boasts stunning views of the lake and has direct access to the pool patio. There is are two adjacent sofas that sit 2 people on each side in the front relaxing area, and a pool table that marks the start of the home cinema. Here, there is a sumptuous sofa that sits four, adjacent to another comfortable sofa that instead faces the Smart TV and that sits 6 guests.

From the relaxing area it is possible to reach the laundry area and the garage.

Bedroom 1: it features a king size bed (180x200cm) and has an ensuite bathroom. It has direct access to the pool patio via floor-to-ceiling glass window doors and overlook the lake and the mountains.

First floor (Entrance floor)

This is also considered the Entrance floor – via three descending marble steps. There is a spacious open-space dining and living room. The living area, in the centre, has direct access to the ample terrace via a high-to-ceiling window door. On the left corner, there is a breakfast area with a round table that sits five guests and overlooks the garden through the ample windows. On the right side, we have another relaxing area, that boast incredible views of the lake and an L-shaped sofa that sits three people.

Dining room: is accessible through an opening on the left and features an imperial dining table that sits 12 people. It has also direct access to the terrace via a large glass sliding door.

Kitchen: is well equipped with modern amenities, including a wine fridge and boast marble countertops and a working marble countertop in the centre of the room.

Closer to the entrance, there also is a guest bathroom at full disposal of guests and staff.

Second floor

Bedroom 3: it features a king size bed (180x200cm) and has an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has access to its own private terrace. It has full lake view.

Bedroom 4: it features a king size bed (180x200cm) and has an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has access to its own private terrace. This bedroom has partial views of the lake.

Bedroom 5/Master: this spacious bedroom features a king size bed (180x200cm) and has an ensuite bathroom. It does not have access to a terrace, but it is airy and bright thanks to the ample windows. It has full lake view.

Bedroom 6: it features a king size bed (180x200cm) and has an ensuite bathroom. It has full lake view.

Outdoor highlights

Terrace on the first floor: it features a large dining table in the centre of the terrace. It sits up to 12 people and on the right side, there is an outdoor seating area with a sofa and chairs.

Swimming pool patio (lower floor): the pool area consists of an infinity pool, heated Jacuzzi (2,5×2,5), sauna and sunbathing area. The incredible infinity swimming pool (12 x 4x 1.80cm) gives breath-taking views of the lake and is lined with sunbeds. There also is a sumptuous outdoor seating area that consists of a an L-shaped sofa that sits up to 5 guests and 3 comfortable chairs.
