Via Stazione has its own private garden and access to a shared swimming pool. It is located approximately 7 minutes by car from MUSA hotel, in a very peaceful and exclusive lakeside area.

Located in Lenno on the western shore of Lake Como, this property enjoys a beautiful lakeside setting surrounded by dramatic mountains, historic villages, elegant villas, and sparkling waters. Lenno is particularly well positioned for exploring the central western shore of Lake Como, with restaurants, cafés, the lakeside promenade, and Lido di Lenno close by. The property is just a few metres from Il Grifo, a traditional old-style trattoria, making it easy for guests to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine within walking distance. The lake is also directly in front of the house, with Spiaggia di Campo approximately a 3-minute walk away.

Guests can easily explore nearby Sala Comacina, Tremezzina, and Menaggio, or take a ferry or boat across the lake to Bellagio. Villa Balbiano, a renowned wedding venue, and the spectacular Villa del Balbianello are both just a few minutes’ walk from the property. Other iconic attractions including Villa Carlotta, Isola Comacina, and the Villa Melzi Gardens are also within easy reach. Como city centre is approximately 30 minutes away by car.

The property has its own private garden, while the swimming pool is shared with the other three apartments in the building. The pier directly in front of the building is also shared, providing convenient access to the lake and boat excursions. A car is recommended, as Lake Como is not particularly well served by taxis and having a car makes it easier to explore the surrounding villages, restaurants, beaches, and attractions. Combining a beautiful lakeside location, nearby beaches, historic villas, excellent Italian cuisine, and easy access to the highlights of Lake Como, Lenno provides an idyllic base for an unforgettable stay.
