Spanning 300 m² and accommodating up to 12 guests, Villa Vespoli features six beautifully appointed double bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

Designed to embrace sea views and outdoor living, this luxury villa unfolds over two levels connected by both indoor and outdoor staircases. Each floor has a fully equipped modern kitchen – the main one ideal for shared meals, and a smaller one designed for light breakfasts or relaxing breaks. The spacious dining and living areas open onto terraces that frame the spectacular scenery of the Amalfi Coast.

Outdoors, guests can indulge in a variety of luxurious amenities. The ground floor features an elegant swimming pool with hydromassage, surrounded by sun loungers and a sea-view patio. There is also a brick pizza oven, a barbecue area, and two large hand-painted Vietri-style ceramic tables – the perfect setting for al fresco dining under the stars.

The panoramic rooftop terrace, extending over 170 m², is a true highlight of the villa. Here you’ll find a heated Jacuzzi with chromotherapy and aromatherapy, a solarium, a fitness area, outdoor shower, and plush seating areas where you can unwind while admiring the breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast.

This exclusive luxury villa rental is offered only as a whole property, ensuring complete privacy. A private gate provides direct access to the beach, just a few meters away, while the charming Marina del Cantone is within walking distance, offering seaside restaurants and bars.

Location

Villa Vespoli is located in Nerano on the Amalfi Coast, near the tip of the Sorrento peninsula. Nerano is a pretty fishing village known for its stunning coastline and excellent seafood restaurants.

The villa is within walking distance of two beaches – Spaggia dei Tedeschi, which can be reached via a staircase directly from the villa’s gate and Spaggia La Perla, which is around 200 metres down the road from the property.

The region is perfect for nature lovers with hiking, cycling and scuba diving all popular activities.
