Spanning approximately 400m², Villa Carusiello is a meticulously restored historical residence featuring eight beautifully appointed bedrooms spread across three floors, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. Each bedroom is designed with elegance, featuring antique furnishings, handcrafted ceramics, and exquisite artworks. Every room offers mesmerising sea views, either through private balconies or large arched windows. Seven of the eight bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the eighth has a private adjacent bathroom, all designed with luxurious glass mosaics, hydro-showers, and two featuring Jacuzzis.

8 Bedrooms – Up to 16 Guests

Upon arrival at Villa Carusiello, guests are welcomed by two entrances on the Ground Floor, both offering direct access from the coastal road. The main entrance, marked by an elegant wooden door, leads into the lobby and provides access to the First and Second panoramic Bedrooms, each with a private balcony and en-suite bathroom. An alternative entrance from the parking area accommodates two mid-size cars or one van, ensuring convenient access. For added ease, an electric charging cable is available upon request.

On the Floor Below Ground Floor, guests will discover the villa’s extensive wine cellar, nestled within natural rock, offering an atmospheric retreat for wine lovers. Adjacent to this is the magnificent covered loggia—a 130m² panoramic living and dining terrace adorned with century-old bougainvillaea. A pergola provides shade, while transparent roller shutters offer protection in inclement weather. This remarkable space is furnished with dining tables, plush sofas, a traditional pizza oven, and a barbecue.

The villa’s newly designed professional Kitchen is also on this level, featuring a five-range stovetop, a large oven, a spacious double refrigerator, a freezer, and a dishwasher. A central marble-topped island provides ample space for meal preparation while allowing guests to savour the spectacular coastal views. The loggia is the perfect venue for al fresco breakfasts, leisurely lunches, and romantic candlelit dinners. It also serves as an ideal setting for special events during a guest’s stay.

Ascending to the Second Floor, guests will find the Third, Fourth, and Fifth beautifully appointed en-suite Bedrooms, each featuring a private balcony with breathtaking Mediterranean views.

The Third Floor houses the Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth en-suite Bedrooms, where large oval windows frame stunning panoramic vistas, filling the rooms with warm, natural light.

Above these levels, the Rooftop Terrace offers a dazzling perspective of the villa and its surroundings. A staircase from the loggia leads down to the villa’s Enchanting Gardens and sea area. The first stop is the Lemon Garden, a serene retreat perfect for yoga, meditation, or simply unwinding amidst the fresh citrus scent. Continuing through a second, more expansive garden filled with mandarin, orange, and grapefruit trees, guests arrive at a spacious lawn—ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities.

For families, the villa features two dedicated Children’s Play Areas, multiple al fresco dining spots, and a small garden kitchen unit. Nestled within a natural cave, an infrared sauna and a Unica fitness station provide opportunities for wellness and exercise. A changing room, equipped with a toilet and sink, ensures convenience for guests enjoying this outdoor oasis.

Two Exquisite Pools are available from May to October, between 8 AM and 8 PM. The first is a swim hydromassage spa pool (4.3 x 2.5 metres), perfect for soothing relaxation, while the second is a rounded children’s pool (4 metres), ensuring fun and safety for younger guests. Both pools are positioned on rocky terraces overlooking the sea, offering unparalleled coastal views.

Descending further, guests reach the villa’s private Mediterranean Retreat, where two exclusive sun-soaked platforms extend directly over the sea. Outfitted with comfortable sunbeds and steel ladders leading into the crystal-clear waters, these platforms create the illusion of a private bay. For those wishing to explore beyond the villa’s edge, a small pebble beach is accessible just 100 metres to the right—by swimming, using the villa’s inflatable boat, or paddling on one of the two stand-up paddleboards available for guest use.
