Villa Poseidonia offers a spacious and thoughtfully designed indoor layout spanning 200m² on a single level, making it an ideal choice for families and guests of all ages. The villa is designed to provide maximum comfort and ease, with a flow that ensures both relaxation and functionality.

The heart of the villa is its expansive Living Area. The bright and airy 50m² Living Room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and panoramic sea views that enhance the villa’s tranquil atmosphere. The open-concept living space seamlessly connects to a fully equipped Kitchen, ideal for preparing meals together. The indoor Dining Area comfortably seats up to 8 guests, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and cherished moments with family and friends.

The villa features four well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom equipped with modern showers. The First Bedroom, spanning 16m², is furnished with a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), offering a peaceful retreat. The Second Bedroom, slightly larger at 18m², also includes a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm) and provides a serene space for relaxation. The Third Bedroom, also 18m², is furnished with two twin beds (120cm x 200cm), which can easily be converted into a double bed to accommodate various guest needs. The Fourth Bedroom, a cozy 12m², has two charming built-in single beds (120cm x 200m), perfect for children or additional guests.
