The main house of Vlychada Estate offers two living rooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a stone-built underground cellar. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and waterfall shower, while three additional bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms, verandas, and lounge areas.

The guest house is designed in a maisonette style, featuring one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room, providing privacy and comfort for additional guests.

The outdoor area of Vlychada Estate is equally impressive, featuring a heated seawater swimming pool with a waterfall and reserve swimming area, a private heliport, a water desalination system, private parking, and a furnished patio with a glass detachable roof. Guests can enjoy the pool bar and lounge areas, sunbeds and umbrellas, BBQ facilities, and 32 acres of scenic vineyard.
