The heart of the villa features a spacious Living Room and an elegant Dining Area, designed for relaxation and social gatherings. The fully equipped Kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, whether you choose to dine indoors or alfresco.

Accommodations on this level include a Master Bedroom with a queen sized bed (160cm x 200cm) and with an en-suite bathroom, providing an intimate and peaceful retreat. Additionally, there are Two Bedrooms with queen sized beds (160cm x 200cm) that share a modern bathroom, making this section ideal for families or close friends.

A separate section of the villa offers more private accommodations, perfect for larger groups or those desiring extra space. This area features a Living Room and Kitchen with direct access to the outdoor spaces, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. There is one Bedroom with a queen sized bed  (160cm x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy. Another Bedroom features twin beds, which can be combined into a king-size bed, also with an en-suite bathroom, making it a versatile option for different guest preferences. Please note: Two out of the five double bedrooms have single beds which can be separated.
