The Pool Level of the villa is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, featuring an open-plan Living and Dining area with a fully equipped kitchen that offers direct access to the pool. Large windows and sliding doors fill the space with natural light while framing stunning sea views of Naxos. This level includes two en-suite Double Bedrooms with queen sized beds (160cm x 200cm), both with direct access to the pool area and breathtaking sea views. Additionally, a guest WC and laundry room are conveniently located on this floor. A small staff bedroom is available upon request for additional accommodation.

The Upper Level of the villa features an expansive open-plan living and dining area, complemented by a large indoor kitchen and a dedicated office space. This floor is perfect for both entertaining and relaxation, with elegant interiors that enhance the villa’s luxurious ambiance.

The sleeping arrangements on this level includes a Master Bedroom with a king sized bed (180cm x 200cm) and with a private sitting area, a spacious en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony offering breathtaking 180-degree sea views. Adjacent to it is a Double Bedroom with a queen sized bed (160cm x 200cm) and with an en-suite bathroom, which boasts a large terrace with spectacular sea views. A guest WC is also available on this floor.

A highlight of the villa is the Traditional Windmill, beautifully transformed into a private two-floor suite. This unique space features a Master Bedroom with a king sized (180cm x 200cm) and with an en-suite bathroom, along with a living room and kitchen area. The windmill offers an exclusive retreat for couples, providing stunning 180-degree sea views and a one-of-a-kind luxury holiday experience.

The villa’s Outdoor Spaces are designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The large swimming pool (5x15m) serves as the focal point, surrounded by spacious lounge areas with eight sun loungers, creating a serene environment to soak in the Mediterranean sun.
