This stunning villa is thoughtfully divided into Two Separate Houses, offering spacious and luxurious accommodation for 10 to 14 guests. Designed with comfort and versatility in mind, each area of the villa provides a seamless blend of elegance, privacy, and modern convenience.

At the Highest Level of the First house, you will find the First Bedroom, a beautifully designed Master Bedroom with a queen sized bed (160cm x 200cm) and an ensuite bathroom, ensuring a private and tranquil retreat.

Stepping down to the Ground Level, the open-plan living space is decorated in calming natural tones, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This area includes a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable sofa bed, making it an ideal space for socializing and relaxation.

A few steps down lead to the Lower Level, where additional living and sleeping areas provide extra flexibility. Here, a cosy living room features two hotel-style beds, which can be arranged as either single or double beds. This level also includes an external bathroom for convenience. Additionally, two bedrooms with single beds are located on this floor, alongside a guest WC. While these rooms are often used as staff quarters, they can also serve as extra bedrooms for larger families or groups.

The Second House is designed for ultimate privacy and convenience, featuring four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own independent entrance. The Four Bedrooms in the second house are all Double Bedrooms with queen sized beds (160cm x 200cm) and an ensuite bathroom
