The villa’s Ground Level welcomes guests into a spacious open-plan Living and Dining Area, designed for comfort and relaxation. A beautifully crafted white marble kitchen seamlessly integrates with the space, offering a stylish yet functional setting for preparing meals. The highlight of this level is the Master Double Bedroom with a queen sized bed (160cm x 200cm), featuring an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool area, where breathtaking sea views create a serene and private retreat.

A mezzanine Double Bedroom with a queen sized bed (160cm x 200cm) occupies the Upper Level, providing a cozy yet airy atmosphere with an extra Sofa Bed, making it ideal for additional guests or families. This space is thoughtfully designed with a long writing desk, perfect for those who seek a quiet spot to work or reflect while enjoying the panoramic sea views. A conveniently located Guest WC completes this level.

The Lower Level features a second Master Bedroom with a queen sized bed (160cm x 200cm) and with an en-suite bathroom, a private veranda, and direct private access to the lower garden area. This secluded space offers added privacy and a tranquil escape with uninterrupted sea views. Additionally, two more Double Bedrooms with queen sized beds (160cm x 200cm), each with en-suite bathrooms, provide comfortable accommodations for guests while maintaining privacy and convenience.
