The sandy, crystal-clear waters of Loutraki Beach are approximately 800 metres away, while the picturesque beach and seaside tavernas of Marathi are also just a few minutes away.

The villa is ideally positioned for both privacy and easy access to Chania, with Chania International Airport approximately 9 km away and Chania’s historic Old Town and Venetian Harbour around 16 km away. The surrounding area combines beautiful beaches, traditional Cretan villages and excellent seaside dining, making it an ideal base for discovering western Crete.

A car is recommended for exploring the wider area and everyday essentials.
