Meakis Beach East is the luxury beachfront villa perched between sand dunes in a secluded location on the southern coast of Crete. This stunning seafront Greek villa develops on the ground floor and with its 9 ensuite bedrooms (7 double bedrooms and two distinct family areas) is the ideal haven for a large multigenerational family.

Meakis Beach East seamlessly blend with the unspoilt surrounding providing breathtaking sea views. Its interiors are adorned with natural earthy tones, stone and wood elements that use all modern comforts while organically extend its own surroundings.

The infinite swimming pool blends with the sky and the sea, while multiple outdoor seating areas will be the perfect spots for enchanting alfresco dinners and chats while having a glass of Greek wine. This luxury beach villa is only a couple of minutes drive from the village of Arvi and with direct private access to the pristine beach touched by the crystal clear Lybian sea.

9 bedrooms – up to 25 guests

This beachfront luxury villa in Crete boasts dramatic views and develops on the ground floor.

The large living and kitchen is a bright and airy open space.

Sitting room: there are two large L-shaped sofas that seats up to 6 guests each, an armchair and a smart TV.

Kitchen: the large olive green kitchen area is fully equipped and features a large counter that overlooks a large dining table that seats up to 8 guests.

There is direct access to the shaded patio through a large French glass door.

Bedrooms

All of the bedrooms have a Smart TV. 6 of them have direct access to the patio and garden, while 2 of them also to a pergola with outdoor seating.

Bedroom 1: this spacious bedroom is wheelchair friendly and features a double bed, a large wardrobe and an ensuite with a shower.

Bedroom 2 & 3: These rooms can be adjoined and they share an ensuite bathroom with a shower. They are both equipped with wardrobes. Bedroom 2 features a double bed while Bedroom 3 features 3 single beds.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom offers 3 single beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9: each bedroom features a double bedroom, a single bed and an ensuite with a shower.   All these rooms have direct access to the swimming pool patio and boast incredible sea views.

Outdoor highlights

As we access the patio from the living room, we find a large dining table that seats up to 14 guests. There are fans and a distinct outdoor sitting area that features a sumptuous grey sofa that seats up to 8 people and a coffee table and a fan above each area of this covered loggia.

Outdoor kitchen & dining: under one of the shaded pergolas there is a stone well-equipped outdoor kitchen and a large picnic table that seats up to 16 guests and a distinct outdoor sitting area with a large U-shaped outdoor sofa that seats up to 14 guests.

Swimming pool (22×4.5×1,50m): the large infinite swimming pool can be heated upon request* and is lined with sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower.

Walk to the beach: between the outdoor kitchen area and the swimming pool, there is a stone paved pathway that gently descends to the beach. At the beach, there is a covered pergola with 8 sun loungers and four chairs at guests’ disposal.
