Set across three levels and connected internally by a lift, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. On the upper floor, two en-suite bedrooms open onto private balconies with glass balustrades, offering panoramic sea views. The lower ground floor hosts the remaining four bedrooms – two with en-suite bathrooms and direct garden and sea views, while the other two share a detached bathroom and enjoy access to a tranquil internal garden.

The expansive open-plan living and dining area flows effortlessly into the outdoor entertaining space via floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. Outside, guests will find an outdoor kitchen, alfresco dining area, and an impressive infinity pool that appears to merge with the Aegean horizon. The lush garden, rich with olive and locust trees, provides both beauty and privacy.

Elounda Plaka Villa III also offers easy access to the beach via a private staircase, as well as proximity to the traditional tavernas and quaint charm of Plaka village – just a short walk away.

This luxury villa is situated on the Eastern coast of Crete and has easy access to the Elounda gulf and Spinalonga island. It is just a few minutes walk away from the traditional village of Plaka, that offers shops, artisan markets and delicious tavernas.  It is under a 15 minutes drive away from Agios Nikolaos and small minor beaches with pebbles and pristine waters. Plaka and Elounda also offer some of the most important historical sites of the island, such as the Venetian fortress of Spinalonga and the sunken city of Olous.
