Set into the slope and connected by an internal lift, the villa features six spacious double bedrooms – four of which are en-suite – comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Four bedrooms are located on the lower level, while the remaining two on the upper floor enjoy access to private balconies with stunning views of the Aegean Sea.

The open-plan living and dining area, along with the fully equipped kitchen, seamlessly extends to the outdoor entertainment space through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Outside, guests can unwind in the infinity pool, cook in the outdoor kitchen, or dine al fresco while taking in the panoramic views.

Guests can easily walk down to the beach via a private staircase and enjoy close proximity to Plaka and Spinalonga. For those seeking wellness or recreation, the villa includes a fully equipped fitness studio and beautifully landscaped gardens featuring a dedicated children’s playground – ensuring something for every generation.

This luxury villa is situated on the Eastern coast of Crete and has easy access to the Elounda gulf and Spinalonga island. It is just a few minutes walk away from the traditional village of Plaka, that offers shops, artisan markets and delicious tavernas.  It is under a 15 minutes drive away from Agios Nikolaos and small minor beaches with pebbles and pristine waters. Plaka and Elounda also offer some of the most important historical sites of the island, such as the Venetian fortress of Spinalonga and the sunken city of Olous.
