Elounda Plaka Villa II offers dramatic views of the Aegean sea it’s set into the slope and is internally connected via lift. There are six double bedrooms (four of them are ensuite), that comfortably host up to 12 guests. Four of them are located on the lower floor and the other two are located on the first floor with access to balconies. The fantastic open space living room and kitchen also have with window-doors that gives direct access to the outdoor siting area and kitchen and leads to the stunning infinity swimming pool.

Elounda Plaka Villa II also offers easy access to the little fishermen village of Plaka, Spinalonga and walk to the beach below via stairs. This luxury villa in Crete spreads over three floors and is internally connected via lift. All bedrooms are between 20 and 25 m².

Ground level:

The entrance opens onto the ground level, where we find the large open space kitchen and living room. This area has large sliding glass doors that give direct access to the swimming pool terrace and outdoor dining area.

Living room and dining room: The living room offers a large L-shaped sofa and two armchairs arranged around a stylish coffee table. It is directly connected to the large dining area that boasts an elegant rectangular dining table that sit 12 people.

Kitchen: The open plan kitchen offers the most modern equipment. including a wine fridge and a floating working island that can also sit 4 guests.

Lower ground floor:

Bedroom 1 & 2: they feature king size beds and a small desk each. They can access the main garden directly and have their own patios with outdoor furniture. Both boasts incredible sea views and have an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and a jacuzzi bath each.

Bedroom 3: It features a king size bed and has access to an internal garden. It hares the bathroom with bedroom 1 or bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4: It features a king size bed and has access to an internal garden. Its bathroom is detached and features a shower.

Fitness Studio: it offers modern Technogym equipment and gives direct access to the hammam and also offers a sitting area with two comfortable sofas. It also has access to the internal patio.

First floor:

Bedroom 5 & 6: They both have a king bed and a marble ensuite with a double sink and a bath and shower each. They also have direct access to their own private balconies overlooking the sea.

Outdoor highlights

The outdoor dining area and swimming pool are at ground floor level, while the gardens and the children playground are on the lower floor level.

Outdoor kitchen and dining area: the ample well-equipped outdoor kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a gas BBQ, and is directly accessible to the shaded outdoor dining area that seats up to 12 guests.

Swimming Pool Area: the stunning infinity pool (5x10mq and 1.50m depth) faces the sea and is lined by sun lounger and a comfortable day bed. Here, there is also a guest bathroom with a sink and a wc.

Garden and playground: the well-manicured garden terrace is also sea front and offers outdoor furniture for children, including a house, swing and a slide. It is accessible internally by any of the bedrooms on the lower floor or from the flight of stairs connecting each outdoor terraced patios.

Plaka and Elounda also offer some of the most important historical sites of the island, such as the Venetian fortress of Spinalonga and the sunken city of Olous.
