Spanning three levels built into the natural slope – and conveniently connected by an internal lift – the villa features five double bedrooms, four with panoramic sea views and one opening onto a private internal garden.

The stylish living room and fully equipped kitchen flow effortlessly into outdoor patios and tranquil gardens via large window-doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Outdoor highlights include a breathtaking infinity pool that appears to spill into the Aegean Sea, a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen, and a BBQ area perfect for alfresco dining under the stars.

Guests enjoy direct access via stairs to the beach below, as well as close proximity to the charming fishing village of Plaka and the historic island of Spinalonga. For wellness enthusiasts, the villa also features a fully equipped fitness studio and a luxurious hammam.

This luxury villa is situated on the Eastern coast of Crete and has easy access to the Elounda gulf and Spinalonga island. It is just a few minutes walk away from the traditional village of Plaka, that offers shops, artisan markets and delicious tavernas.  It is under a 15 minutes drive away from Agios Nikolaos and small minor beaches with pebbles and pristine waters. Plaka and Elounda also offer some of the most important historical sites of the island, such as the Venetian fortress of Spinalonga and the sunken city of Olous.
