Independent Cottage:

• Bedroom 7: 1 x double bed, access to shared bathroom (with outdoor shower), access to cottage sitting room and kitchen, patio access

Location

Villa Kerasia has direct access to the beach, with several swimming spots such as Bataria Beach, Kanoni Beach, and Kassiopi (Kalamionas) Beach all just a short drive. These beaches are known for their clear water, coves, and relaxed atmosphere.

There are two relaxed beachfront dining spots located along nearby beaches such as Kerasia Beach and Avlaki Beach, where you’ll find simple seaside tavernas offering fresh seafood and direct views over the water. Just a short distance away (around 1 km), in Agios Stefanos, there are around four additional restaurants and cafés, mostly traditional Greek tavernas and waterfront dining spots offering local cuisine in a quiet harbour setting.

In addition, it is convenient for shops and daily amenities, again mainly in Kassiopi village, where you’ll find small supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and boutique stores. Larger supermarkets and more extensive shopping options can be found a short drive away in Acharavi.
