The interiors are bright and airy, with sophisticated furnishings and meticulous attention to detail throughout. Expansive terraces and open-plan living spaces offer plenty of room to relax, dine, and unwind. A covered outdoor dining area with a large bespoke table and fully equipped kitchen invites long, leisurely meals under the stars.

The 13m x 3m swimming pool boasts panoramic views over the tranquil bay, while the pretty pebble beach is just a short 10-minute (157m) stroll from the house. The lively village of Kassiopi, with its traditional tavernas, shops, and artisan boutiques, lies only two kilometres away.

Services

• Staff Service: Available 6 days per week, from 08:00–14:00 and 17:00–21:00. Marilyn and Remy provide housekeeping, outdoor and pool maintenance, and technical assistance.
• Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast buffet served 6 days per week from 08:00–10:00. The buffet may remain available until 12:00. Shopping and ingredients are charged at cost.
• Chef Service: Private chef service available on request. From July to August, chef services are not included and can be booked directly with Chef Vasiliki at €360 per meal (lunch or dinner). Availability should be confirmed during the booking process.
• Linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels changed twice weekly, and additionally as required.
• Concierge: Available on request throughout the stay.
• Laundry: Housekeeper laundry and ironing service available at €48 per wash, payable directly to the provider in cash.
• Generator: Available to provide additional power reliability during the high season.
