Villa Apantima is a luxury beachfront villa located on the beautiful island of Antiparos, Greece, designed to accommodate up to 15-16 guests. The villa offers a harmonious blend of traditional Cycladic architecture and modern amenities, providing the perfect space for a memorable vacation.

Inside, the villa features eight bedrooms in total, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. Four Bedrooms offer queen-size beds (160cm x 200cm) and en-suite bathrooms, while the Fifth Bedroom features twin beds (120cm x 200cm) that can be easily converted into a double bed. Additionally, there is a Sixth Bedroom which has a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm) with an en-suite bathroom. The property also includes a guesthouse with the Seventh and Eight Bedrooms. These Bedrooms are two connecting rooms, each with a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), sharing a bathroom with a shower.

The villa’s spacious indoor areas include a large Living Room, perfect for relaxation and entertaining, and a fully equipped Kitchen with a dining table and a bar area. Just outside the kitchen, you’ll find an outdoor Dining Space, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals with a backdrop of stunning sea views. For wellness enthusiasts, there is a dedicated Gym Room, offering a place to stay active during your stay.

The outdoor areas of Villa Apantima truly shine, with two separate living areas designed for relaxation and enjoyment. One is located by the Pool Area, which is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, while the other is nestled within the beautiful gardens. A path through the garden leads to the beach, where additional sunbeds are provided exclusively for the villa’s guests. A small building with two restrooms and showers near the beach adds further convenience to your outdoor experience. The villa also offers a wood stove and grill for those who enjoy outdoor cooking and dining.

In addition to the main villa, the property includes Staff Quarters. These private accommodations are separate from the main living areas and feature a double bed with an en-suite bathroom, along with another set of quarters with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
