The main house boasts a spacious, open-concept layout, allowing for a seamless flow between rooms. On the Ground Floor, the luxurious Master Bedroom features a king-size bed (200cm x 200cm), an en-suite bathroom, and three private outdoor terraces with stunning views of the surroundings. The open-plan Living Areas include a fully equipped Kitchen that flows into a stylish Living Room, perfect for entertaining. Adjacent to the living room is a Dining Area that seats 12–14 guests, complemented by an internal courtyard that fills the space with natural light and fresh air.

For added versatility, the Ground Floor also includes a combined Office and Gym Area, featuring a fold-away gym setup—perfect for maintaining a fitness routine while enjoying breathtaking views of the pool and sea. This space seamlessly transitions from work to relaxation, with direct access to the outdoor garden.

On the Lower Ground Floor, guests can enjoy the ultimate entertainment space with a large-screen Home Cinema, ideal for movie nights with family or friends. This level also houses a large laundry room, wine cellar, and a staff bedroom with two single beds, providing accommodation for on-site staff.

The Guest House is divided into two levels, each offering a comfortable and private retreat for guests. On the Upper Floor, the Second and Third Bedrooms feature queen-size beds (160cm x 200cm) and en-suite bathrooms, each offering stunning sea views that blend tranquillity with luxury. On the Lower Floor, the Fourth and Fifth Bedrooms are designed with twin beds (convertible into doubles) and en-suite bathrooms. Both rooms overlook the peaceful garden, creating a serene space for relaxation.

Additionally, there is a Bunk Room designed with younger guests in mind, featuring four modern bunk beds – the perfect setup for teenagers, young adults, or children to enjoy their own stylish and comfortable space.
