The main Outdoor Area boasts a 30-meter freshwater swimming pool with sunbeds, perfect for relaxation or soaking in the views of the valley and sea. Guests can also enjoy the Outdoor Shower and Guest WC for convenience. The Pool Bar, equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, offers a spot to unwind while taking in the stunning sunset views. For those seeking outdoor entertainment, the villa features an outdoor movie projection area by the pool, complete with a surround sound system. The Dining Area under a pergola can accommodate 18 people, ideal for large gatherings or intimate meals. The barbecue area is perfect for grilling and dining al fresco.

The Main Building of this luxury villa offers spacious, elegantly designed interiors that cater to both comfort and style. The heart of the villa is the Living Room, an expansive open-plan space that includes a comfortable seating area with a TV and Apple TV, making it ideal for evenings of relaxation. This area flows seamlessly into the Dining Room, creating an inviting space for socializing and shared meals. The fully equipped Kitchen is a chef’s dream, offering everything needed for meal preparation, ensuring that every culinary experience is a pleasure.

The bedrooms in the main building are designed for ultimate comfort. The First Master Bedroom features a super king-size bed (180cm x 200cm) and comes with its own private terrace and separate entrance. The room is complemented by an en-suite bathroom finished in luxurious Parian marble, offering a perfect retreat. The Second Master Bedroom also offers a spacious haven with a king-size bed (160cm x 200cm) and a private terrace, as well as a luxurious en-suite bathroom in Parian marble. The Third Bedroom offers flexibility with twin/double bed options (2 single beds or 1 double bed, 160cm x 200cm), its own terrace, and an en-suite bathroom. Similarly, the Forth Bedroom features twin/double options (2 single beds or 1 double bed, 160cm x 200cm), also with a separate entrance and private terrace, making it ideal for guests who seek privacy.

In addition to the main building, the villa includes Two Bungalows, providing an extra level of privacy and independence for guests. Each bungalow offers a separate entrance, a private terrace, and an outdoor shower to enjoy the fresh air. Inside, there is a cozy seating area that can accommodate up to Two Extra Guests, and both feature a shared bathroom and kitchenette. These bungalows are perfect for extended families or groups looking for a more intimate and secluded setting within the estate.

For the villa’s dedicated Staff, there are 2 separate bedrooms for up to 4 staff members, ensuring privacy and comfort while they maintain the property. The staff bathrooms and outdoor seating area provide a comfortable and functional space for the team.
