In front of the main house, a spacious alfresco dining area awaits, with a large table that comfortably seats up to 12 guests, perfect for leisurely meals under the open sky. Across the beautifully landscaped garden, the leisure area is tucked away behind an antique stone wall, accessible through an elegant arched opening. Guests can unwind by the heated saltwater swimming pool, situated on a paved patio with four sun loungers, and the pool area can be enclosed for privacy.

For fitness enthusiasts, the freestanding fitness suite is equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, including a rowing machine, exercise bike, and weights. The suite also features a TV, sauna, and shower for ultimate relaxation. Adjacent to the fitness suite is a garage with space for up to two cars, adding convenience to the luxurious setting.
