On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a living room with a cosy fireplace, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, and a laundry room. A bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and toilet provides direct access to the garden, offering both comfort and privacy.

Upstairs, four bedrooms are available: two with private en-suite bathrooms, and two sharing a bathroom with a separate toilet.

Outside, a shaded terrace under a beautiful pergola features a dining table with direct access to the kitchen, alongside a seating area for relaxing under the vines. An additional outdoor lounge area is ideal for gathering with family or friends. Sun loungers with umbrellas surround the 6 x 12 m swimming pool, which can be heated on request, ensuring a luxurious stay. Guests can also enjoy a pétanque court and a Weber barbecue, completing the perfect Provencal retreat.
