An architectural spiral staircase, designed with striking precision, descends to the Fitness Suite & Relaxation Room, creating a perfect harmony between aesthetics and functionality.

The Kitchen and Living Area is an architectural masterpiece, featuring seven-meter-high ceilings and a breathtaking cathedral window, divided by floating passageways that lead to the mezzanine lounge. The industrial-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a granite-topped island, which doubles as a breakfast bar seating up to four guests. The adjacent dining area showcases a vintage Pascal Mourgue dining table, accommodating up to eight guests, with the option to extend for private dinners of up to sixteen, prepared by the Loft’s private chef.
