In addition to the rooftop on the first floor, the apartment boasts a terrace that runs the length of the living area.

Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by an impressive stone staircase leading to the rooftop. Overlooking the Champ-de-Mars and the surrounding treetops, the rooftop offers a perfectly unobstructed view of the city’s Haussmannian rooftops, with the Eiffel Tower taking center stage during summer evening dinners.

Through the hallway, featuring a beautiful whitewashed staircase leading to the rooftop terrace, the entrance of this luxury apartment opens into a spacious, open-plan living area. Upon entering, you’ll find an elegant living room with neutral-toned couches adorned with patterned cushions, arranged around a quaint coffee table.
