A long driveway leads to the exclusive Villa Perle which provides maximum privacy for all guests. This luxury holiday rental in Cote d’Azur comprises of two buildings: the Main and the Pool house, that both overlook the swimming pool terrace. The Main House spans over two floors: the ground floor features 5 well-appointed double ensuite bedrooms and the gym. On the first floor we find the open plan living area, which is airy and bright thanks to the large windows that overlook the courtyard as well as the vast garden. The internal areas boast elegant contemporary décor and at the heart of the home, there is a spacious designer semi-circular sofa and armchairs just next to the expansive window and overlooks the olive trees of the garden below.

The pool house has direct access to the swimming pool and only spans on one floor offering a massage room and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. On the large front terrace there is an outdoor dining table for alfresco dinner gatherings and a separate lounge outdoor sitting area, ideal for relaxing under the sun during the day as there are two large umbrellas, or for stargazing at night while sipping a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Villa Perle is ideal for frequent visitors to the iconic Club 55 or those that prefer the allure of Tahiti or Camarat beach as it is just a short drive from the best beach clubs in St. Tropez. It benefits from the quiet of the countryside yet conveniently close to the lovely town of La Croix-Valmer. This charming village sits at the foot of the Massif des Maures hills, perfectly situated between Le Lavandou and Saint-Tropez.

This luxury villa rental in Cote d’Azur comprises of two buildings: the Main House and the Pool House. Both span on two floors and are internally connected via stairs.

Main house

Ground floor

The ground floor is accessible from the back of the house and we find all of the five ensuite bedrooms. The entrance corridor, on the right, leads to three bedrooms (including the Master), while on the left side we find two bedrooms and the gym that lies in between.

Master Bedroom: it features a king size bed, sitting area with two armchairs and a round coffee table and its ensuite bathroom features a double sink, a wc and a bath.

Bedroom 2: it features a king size bed and its ensuite features a double sink, a wc and a shower.

Bedroom 3: it features a king size bed and its ensuite features a double sink, a wc and shower.

Bedroom 4: it features a king size bed and its ensuite features a shower.

Bedroom 5: it features a king size bed and its ensuite features a double sink, a wc and a shower.

Fitness Suite: it features a Smart tv, modern Technogym equipment that include an exercise ball, a bench, weights and an elliptical machine.  It has direct access to the garden via a large glass door.

First floor – pool level

A flight of stairs leads to the open living space. On the left there is a pool table, while on the right we respectively find a spacious modern kitchen that features a counter, that can also be used as a breakfast table with four tall stools.

The kitchen overlooks the elegant oval dining table that accommodates up to 12 guests.

The sitting area offers a large semi circular sofa that seats 6 people that overlooks the gardens and the pool and four armchairs, and, of course, a smart tv.

This bright floor offers peaceful views of the surrounding countryside through large expansive windows and has direct access to the swimming pool.

Pool house (40m2)

The pool house can be accessed from the swimming pool terrace and it features a massage room and a summer kitchen.

Outdoor highlights

Both buildings are within a few metres of each other and overlook the terrace that features a heated swimming pool. The swimming pool terrace/front of the villa can be accessed directly by foot also from one of the two branches of the driveway.

Swimming pool (13 x5): the pool has three internal descending steps and can be heated upon request* and is surrounded by sun loungers.

On the terrace guests will also enjoy alfresco dinners at the dining table that seats up to 10 people and a distinct outdoor sitting area that features two sofas facing each other (seat up to 3 people each) and two armchairs.

The villa is also within 20 minutes’ drive away from the glamorous Saint-Tropez. There, you will find plenty of delicious Michelin restaurants, as well as exclusive clubs and trendy boutiques.

Sylvabelle beach is renowned as one of La Croix-Valmer’s most exquisite beaches for the allure of its crystal-clear waters. For the trendiest beach clubs, guests can head to Pamplonne Beach, on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, renowned for its widespread fame.
