The living room opens through French windows onto a covered terrace, where a large dining table and additional outdoor seating provide an idyllic setting for long lunches and evening meals surrounded by the peaceful Côte d’Azur garden.

On the ground floor, the entrance opens directly into a spacious living room featuring a fireplace, paintings and mirrors, two comfortable sofas and a large coffee table. A desk provides a convenient workspace, while a TV screen with Canal satellite channels offers entertainment. An archway leads through to the fully equipped contemporary kitchen, which features a practical breakfast bar. The kitchen opens into the dining room, with a dining table comfortably seating eight guests, making this luxury villa ideal for relaxed family meals and entertaining.

Also on the ground floor is a comfortable double bedroom with air conditioning and a standard 140cm double bed. French windows open directly onto the garden, allowing plenty of natural light into the room and providing easy access to the beautiful outdoor surroundings. The bedroom also benefits from a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with bath and washbasin, together with a separate WC. A laundry room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer completes this level.

The first floor of Villa La Vagabonde features two further bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable 160cm queen-size bed and a bathroom with bath and washbasin, as well as a separate WC. The second bedroom features a 140cm standard double bed, with a shower and washbasin located across the corridor and a separate WC.
