The location of this luxury villa is particularly special. The mythical Pampelonne beach stretches for almost 5 kilometres, with fine white sand separating the sparkling Mediterranean Sea from acres of scrub-covered dunes. From Villa Gabriella, guests can easily enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the beach during the day before returning to the privacy and comfort of their luxury villa.

Villa Gabriella accommodates up to 12 guests across six double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. Air conditioning is provided throughout the property, while every bedroom is equipped with a television and satellite TV. A private gym also allows guests to maintain their fitness routine during their Côte d’Azur stay, with a private fitness instructor available on request.

On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads into a spacious open-plan contemporary kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances including a steam oven, mixer and two dishwashers. The kitchen opens directly onto the main covered terrace and outdoor dining area, making it ideal for relaxed meals in the Mediterranean air. The stylish living room features a fireplace and flat-screen TV and opens onto a smaller side terrace with sea views, providing a particularly lovely setting for breakfast.

A few steps from the entrance hall lead down to a separate access point for the pool and garden. Two double bedrooms are located on this level, both featuring 180cm king-size beds and en-suite shower rooms with washbasin and WC. One bedroom has its own separate access with steps leading directly towards the garden and swimming pool, offering additional privacy.

A separate studio with independent access provides further accommodation, featuring a king-size double bed and an en-suite shower room with washbasin and WC. This independent space is ideal for guests seeking additional privacy within the luxury villa.

On the first floor, one double bedroom features a 180cm king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower attachment and WC. The impressive master bedroom provides an elegant private retreat, complete with an en-suite bathroom featuring a freestanding bathtub, double washbasin, separate shower and WC. A dressing room and large French windows lead onto a private terrace with beautiful sea views, creating an exceptional space to relax and enjoy the Côte d’Azur surroundings.

The lower floor is accessed separately from the lower garden and features the sixth double bedroom, which can be configured either as twin beds or a 180cm king-size bed. This level also includes a private gym, with a personal fitness instructor available on request, as well as a laundry room.
