The charming village of La Croix Valmer is close by, providing convenient access to shops, restaurants and everyday amenities. The luxury villa is surrounded by an expansive 2,000 square metre Mediterranean garden, beautifully arranged across several levels. Mediterranean trees, colourful flowers and aromatic plants create a series of peaceful corners throughout the garden, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy the warm Côte d’Azur climate. At the centre of the outdoor space, an inviting overflowing swimming pool provides the perfect place to cool off during the hot summer months, while the surrounding garden creates a tranquil setting for relaxing in the sunshine.

Inside, Gigaro Retreat has been designed to maximise natural light and create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The ground floor features an entrance hall opening into a spacious open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining area. Floor-to-ceiling bay windows flood the interiors with light and open directly onto the terraces, creating a wonderful sense of indoor-outdoor living and allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful Côte d’Azur surroundings from within the luxury villa.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, induction hob, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer with ice-making function. A separate utility room provides an additional fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.

The ground floor also features a comfortable double bedroom with a king-size bed and direct access to the terrace. The bedroom enjoys beautiful views across the garden and towards the sea, providing a peaceful retreat within the luxury villa. A separate guest WC and separate shower room complete this level.

Upstairs, Gigaro Retreat offers four further double bedrooms. The spacious first bedroom features a king-size bed or twin 90cm beds and benefits from an en-suite shower room with double washbasin, shower and WC. A second double bedroom features a queen-size bed and its own en-suite shower and washbasin.

Two additional double bedrooms each feature king-size beds or can be arranged as twin 90cm beds. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with bathtub, shower attachment and washbasin, with a separate WC completing the first-floor accommodation.
