On the Ground Floor, the Master Suite spans an impressive 58 sqm, offering unparalleled luxury and comfort. It includes two walk-in closets, a spacious living room, and a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with an oversized bathtub, a large shower, toilet, bidet, double vanities, and Brač stone amenity holders set on two meters of granite countertops. Guests can enjoy the suite’s private terrace with direct access to the gardens, complete with ocean and garden views. For optimal rest, all rooms feature 100% electronic privacy black-out shutters.

Suites 1 and 2 are 36 sqm each, located on opposite sides of the villa for added privacy. Each suite features a king-size bed that can be converted into twins, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, double vanities, and Brač stone amenity holders. Both suites include a living room and private terraces offering stunning ocean and garden views.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are 22 sqm each, also located on opposite sides of the villa. It includes a wet bar, refrigerator, professional grill, and pizza oven shared with the adjacent villa. The Pool is a 16 x 5 meter infinity, heated, eco-friendly lap swimming pool with low chlorine filtration. Features include a pool shower, restroom, safety pool fence (removable), loungers, shaded dining areas, water polo net, children’s water slide, and inflatable toys. The Jacuzzi, accommodating six persons, offers another spot for relaxation.

The shared Eco Organic Kitchen Vegetable Garden and Fruit Trees provide fresh seasonal produce, including herbs, vegetables, and fruits such as lemons, limes, oranges, and figs. The Yoga Platform, surrounded by olive groves and lavender fields, is a serene outdoor space that can also be used for wedding ceremonies under large sail shades.
