Nestled in turquoise waters and encircled by vibrant coral reefs and pristine white sandy beaches, Necker Island is the ultimate luxury escape. The exclusive villa rentals offer sweeping panoramic views of the ocean and lush tropical landscapes.

Perched atop the island’s summit, the spacious Balinese-inspired residences boast uninterrupted vistas across the Caribbean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean, and neighbouring islands. Each room is uniquely designed to ensure complete privacy and features a generous terrace for soaking in the breath taking surroundings. With interiors that seamlessly blend indoor elegance with the charm of al fresco living, guests enjoy plush beds, world-class cuisine, and access to exceptional facilities and activities.

Necker Island is available for exclusive hire for up to 40 guests. Alternatively, during select weeks, guests can book individual rooms for a 7-night stay – ideal for couples, solo travellers, or families seeking the Necker experience without hiring the entire island.

The Great House:

Outdoors: Large terraces, sunset point, breakfast pavilion, swim-up bar, hot tub, swimming pool, and gym.

Main Terrace Indoors: Dining area, bar, communal restrooms, and bathrooms.

The Master Suite: A generous 1,490 sq ft room occupying the entirety of The Great House’s top floor, sleeping two guests. Indulge in opulent luxury across three private terraces, one featuring a lavish hot tub and an alfresco bathing experience with an outdoor bathtub and shower, ensuring sublime relaxation amidst breathtaking surroundings and 180-degree ocean views. Fitted with a super king-size bed, living area, kitchenette, minibar fridge, en-suite bathroom, and both indoor and outdoor music systems.

10 Bedrooms: Split between the main and south terraces of The Great House, with breathtaking ocean vistas. Bedrooms 2, 3, 7, 8 & 9 (including bathrooms) are 380–400 sq ft with a 275 sq ft deck. Bedrooms 4 & 6 (including bathrooms) are 390 sq ft with a 170 sq ft deck. Bedroom 5 (including bathroom) is 570 sq ft with a 200 sq ft deck. Bedroom 10 (including bathroom) is 391 sq ft and located on the Southern Terrace, as well as bedroom 11 (including bathroom) at 442 sq ft. Indulge in the comfort of king-size beds that can be converted to twins upon request, except for the four-poster bed in bedroom 5. Bedrooms 2, 3, 5, 7 & 9 feature an additional outdoor shower on their balconies. Bedroom 9 is our most accessible room, with step-free access to the Great Room. Almost all of our rooms can be interconnected to create the perfect space for families. For those seeking the utmost convenience, several rooms offer interconnecting options, complete with a well-stocked minibar. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and opens onto its own sun-drenched private terrace, offering a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces where you can bask in the warmth of the Caribbean sun in complete privacy.

The Bunkroom: A cosy 575 sq ft room with 3 bunks, sleeping up to six children, with an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. Indulge your young adventurers in a playful paradise within this vibrant space, featuring six cosy bunk beds, games consoles, board games, toys, and a dedicated TV. With ample floor space and inviting beanbags, it’s the perfect setting for little ones to unwind and create unforgettable memories during the ultimate sleepover experience.

BALI HOUSES: Blending into the tropical landscape are nine authentic Balinese-style houses, providing guests with stunning ocean views and privacy. Bali Beach, Bali Hi, and Bali Cliff are clustered together, overlooking the ocean and beach, each with its own plunge pool and a shared swimming pool. Right in the centre of the island is Elders Temple, featuring an infinity swimming pool, kitchen, spacious lounge, and two standalone rooms: Temple Master Suite and Temple Sunrise.

BALI LO (including bathroom and lounge): 1,361 sq ft. A two-tiered Balinese house with a ground-floor lounge and a bedroom on the first floor, offering spectacular ocean views. Bali Lo shares a large swimming pool with Bali Buah and Bali Kukila.

BALI BUAH: The Indonesian name for fruit, Bali Buah (including bathroom and lounge) is 480 sq ft and built adjacent to Bali Lo. This spacious room has an en-suite bathroom below and a large balcony with seating and a hammock offering fantastic views of the trees, pool, and ocean. This room can be twinned.

BALI KUKILA: The Indonesian word for bird, this spacious 609 sq ft room (including bathroom) has a king-size bed, uninterrupted sea views, and a spectacular private terrace. Bali Kukila shares a pool with Bali Lo and Bali Buah.

TEMPLE MASTER: Measures 1,698 sq ft and is situated in the middle of the island with panoramic views, near a shared pool. There is also a freestanding marble bath – ideal for soaking while gazing out to sea!

TEMPLE SUNRISE: Located between Temple Master and Elders Temple, Temple Sunrise is a 467 sq ft private room with an en-suite bathroom at the back and a large terrace with sea views.

Nearby are three standalone houses: Bali Lo, Bali Buah, and Bali Kukila, which share a large swimming pool.

BALI HI: A 1,343 sq ft, three-tiered Bali house with a ground-floor lounge area and the bedroom located on the middle level, offering spectacular views along Turtle Beach. Bali Hi has its own plunge pool.

BALI CLIFF: One of the most romantic settings you’re ever likely to experience, perched on the edge of the island facing out to sea. It measures 633 sq ft, has its own plunge pool, and features an open-air bathroom to maximise the views and sounds of the ocean.

BALI BEACH: A beautiful 550 sq ft room all on one level with a private entrance, terrace, and plunge pool, just two steps away from the shared swimming pool.

Leha Lo: A 338 sq ft room with a 347 sq ft deck. A romantic standalone retreat, perched high above the rocky terrain, accessible via 81 steps from the Great House, sleeping up to two guests. Offering unparalleled seclusion and breathtaking views, it’s the idyllic setting for cherished moments of intimacy and tranquillity. An expansive Balinese-style retreat, boasting a tranquil sleeping area with a King-size bed, luxurious en-suite bathroom, refreshing outdoor shower, and minibar fridge. With captivating 180-degree sea views from the wraparound terrace, offering a picturesque backdrop. Ascend further to the Crow’s Nest, where ultimate relaxation awaits amidst a hot tub oasis and ample sunbeds, ensuring a rejuvenating escape like no other.

The Rest of the Island:

The Beach House: Located in the Main Beach area, guests have access to two floodlit tennis courts and a viewing deck. There is a large communal area on the ground floor with an impressive bar, plenty of seating, space for game tables, and a huge sofa (8 metres long!). The upper floor is designed for communal dining, featuring a large table with great views of the tennis courts and out to sea.

The Pool Pavilion: Features a stunning pool, a swim-up bar off the freeform infinity pool complete with rocks in the pool where guests can sit and enjoy a drink, and a huge hot tub right on the beach for over 30 people! Within the pool complex is the thatched Crocodile Pavilion, featuring a large solid teak crocodile table where fresh food from the Pavilion’s gourmet kitchen is served.

The Beaches: There are plenty of places on Necker Island to lie on the beach and enjoy the sea, including Main Beach, where most of our water activities are based. Turtle Beach is a peaceful palm-fringed beach with hammocks hanging between the trees.

Elders Temple: Located in the centre of the island, it’s a great chill-out spot, complete with a wraparound pool and views over the flamingo pond and Lovers Beach.

Distances

By Plane from Beef Island Airport (EIS):
The closest international airport, Beef Island, can be reached by private plane or a commercial flight. Necker Island guests arriving here will be met by a driver and taken to the dock, which is just a two-minute car ride away. From there, guests will board our speedboat for a 30-minute journey to the island.

By Plane from St Thomas Airport (STT):
A little further away in the USVI, guests will need to make their way to either Beef Island Airport or Virgin Gorda Airport (VIJ) via a commercial charter flight, where they will be met and taken to Necker Island. Alternatively, guests can charter a boat or take a helicopter flight from STT to Necker Island.

Neighbouring Islands:
For guests staying on one of the neighbouring islands in the BVI, the team can arrange transport to Trellis Bay, Beef Island, where they will be met for the boat journey to Necker Island. Yachts can also anchor off the island.

Airlines and Helicopter Transfers:
Fly BVI and Island Bird operate smaller private aircraft between the BVI, USVI, Puerto Rico, and Antigua.
Cape Air, Seaborne, and Inter Caribbean are commercial airlines, while VI Airlink operates both commercial and private flights.
Win Air offers an alternative for guests travelling via Saint Martin.
Tradewind Aviation operates scheduled or private flights to Virgin Gorda (VIJ) or Beef Island (EIS) from Antigua, San Juan, St Thomas, and St Croix.
Caribbean Buzz helicopter service operates between the BVI, USVI, and San Juan, Puerto Rico, during daylight hours only, in an H145 twin-jet engine helicopter. The service is operated by two pilots and seats up to eight passengers.
