Podere San Gerolamo is a luxurious hilltop farmhouse that offers its guests a lush accommodation and breathtaking, postcard-perfect views.

This luxury villa is in the countryside of Crete Senesi, which is lined with cypresses, white roads and where the towers of Siena are visible. Podere San Gerolamo is in a secluded locations yet within minutes from Siena and with easy access to Montalcino.

The villa accommodates up to 10 people and comprises of the Main Building and an annex, where the fifth master bedroom is located, which also benefits from an independent small garden.

The enchanting gardens are dotted with hydrangeas, climbing roses and secret paths that lead to the shaded pergola with outdoor seating for up to 6 people or to the spacious pool that overlooks the Tuscan countryside.

This luxury villa in Siena comprises of two buildings: the Main, internally connected with stairs and the Annex, where the fifth ensuite bedroom is. All the bedrooms are ensuite, however there are also two half bathrooms at the disposal of the guests.

Main Building

Ground floor

The entrance opens onto the reception room and on the right, we find the living room, while opposite the main door and on the left we access the two bedrooms on the ground floor.

Media room: the living room boasts a large semi-circular sofa that seats 5 people and three armchairs that face a fireplace and a smart TV.

Kitchen and living: the large living open space features a well-equipped kitchen with a double sink and a marbled floating counter that seats up to 6 people and overlooks the sitting area. The semi-circular sofa seats up to 4 people and with 3 poufs faces a stone fireplace. There is also a wet bar available for guests.

The oval marbled dining table seats 12 people and overlooks the large window door that gives direct access to the garden.

Bedroom 1/Master Bedroom (47m2): it features a king size bed (193×203.5cm) facing a large sliding window door  that gives access to the garden. It has ensuite bathroom has access to the garden and has  a double sink, a shower and a free standing bath.

Bedroom 2/Master Bedroom 2 (47m2): it features a king size bed (193×203.5cm) and has an ensuite bathroom with views on the garden and has  a double sink, a shower stall and a free standing bath.

First floor

Bedroom 3 (37m2): it features two single beds (96.5×203.5cm each) convertible into a king bed with views on the garden, has an ensuite bathroom with a double sink and a shower.

Bedroom 4 (37m2): it features a king size bed (193×203.5cm) and has views on the garden, has an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, a free-standing bath and a shower.

Annex

Bedroom 5 (50m2): it features a king-size bed (193×203.5cm) and has views on the garden, has an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, a free-standing bath and a shower. There is a living room equipped with a mini-fridge and tea kettle.  A separate outdoor living space is in front of the annex.
