Are the pools heated in winter?

Where heating is available, it’s typically maintained between 26–29°C. Our concierge team can confirm this feature for your chosen property and ensure it’s pre-heated to your preferred temperature on arrival.
What is the payment schedule for booking?
Typically, a deposit of 50% is required (however this may be more depending on the property, and you will be notified at the time of booking). The balance will be due closer to your arrival date, often 8 weeks prior. If the reservation is made within two months of the travel date, then the deposit amount is the full amount for the stay.
And what is your cancellation policy for festive stays?
The same non-refundable cancellation policy applies for all stays throughout the year. In the event that a guest cancels a booking, both the deposit and full balance, if it has been paid, are non-refundable.
