Catch the last of the summer sunshine at this luxurious rental villa, right in the centre of the charming and historic town of Hvar, on one of the most beautiful islands in the Adriatic. The villa stands just 20 metres from the waterfront, and is an easy walk to the wide range of restaurants, tavernas, cafés and bars that the town has to offer.
The villa is exquisite, and classified with the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. The main (Baroque) part of the villa dates from between 1590 and 1612, when Venetian architecture had a strong influence on the entire Adriatic area. The villa’s Baroque stone balcony offers views of the waterfront, the boats in the harbour, the Fortica fortress, as well as the Pakleni Otoci islands.
Adjacent to the house is a large garden, enclosed by a stone wall over 2m high, and planted with lemons, oranges, figs, lavender and rosemary. Within the garden is the medieval Gothic House, which is connected to the main house on the ground floor, where there is an indoor pool (6 x 4m). Normally rented with five bedrooms, we are offering a special out of high season price for renting just part of the villa for up to 4 people staying. Guests will have use of two bedrooms, as well the living room, library, kitchen, dining room, at the reduced price of €425 per night. They will also have full use of the garden and the spa; sauna, whirlpool, massage room, and indoor pool. Pool heating can be arranged for an additional €50 per day.
