It is situated just 300m from the beach, at the coastal town of Ahangama, within an easy drive of Midigama, Kabbalana, Weligama and Mirissa. It is an excellent base for surfers, as well those wanting to see whales and dolphins, the stilt fishermen, or take a boat trip on Koggala Lake. It is also a 30 minute drive from Galle.

With the two separate buildings, the property is highly recommended for families and groups who require a separate self-sufficient annexe for 4 people. The Garden house has two double bedrooms, an open-plan living space and kitchen. The bedrooms have en-suite indoor/outdoor bathrooms with walk-in showers. The interiors feature white walls with pastel green door and window frames. The large L-shaped sofa in the living area has view via the tall French windows out to the stunning swimming pool which is between the house and the main villa. As well as the swimming pool, the property has a yoga space and meditation platform.

The main house is similar in style and offers stylish interiors. The high ceilings and mahogany bannisters add to the feeling of elegant colonialism.  The main living area has two sofas and tall French windows that lead out onto the path leading yoga platform or meditation space. Both the living area and the sitting room (with sofa and satellite flat screen TV) are connected with the kitchen which is all open-plan and very well equipped.  There is also a separate laundry room and office. The main terrace runs the length of the villa and faces the frangipani tree-lined garden. This is a great space for dining outdoors.  There are four bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms at the property have air conditioning and overhead fans.
