The original building, dating back to the 14th Century, has been completely renovated throughout, retaining historic features, and surrounded by beautiful gardens, with orchards and a large swimming pool.

The current owners have retained the original authenticity of the interiors, while adding a high level of comfort and style. The luxury villa rental on Mallorca is accessed through a beautiful patio, on ground floor level, where there is a library, and three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Also on the ground floor is a large kitchen, a dining room with ancient vaults, a function room (originally an historic chapel) and access to a games’ room (table tennis and table football). On the first floor there are five bedrooms (one for four people, with two double bedrooms with one bathroom, sea views and a private living room). On this level there is also a small kitchen, a dining room (seating 16 people), and access to a terrace with sea views. The upper floor has a special bridal suite, as well as seven more bedrooms, and another beautiful terrace, also with stunning sea views. The additional four bedrooms and bathrooms are in a separate building.

Ground Floor

From the ground floor patio, there is access to the library, and also to 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one of them adapted for the disabled). Dining room, large kitchen and 2 guest WCs. There is also an old chapel, converted into a multipurpose room, perfect for a conference function. From this patio there is also access via two different stairs to the first floor.

First Floor:

Main living room, bar and views of the sea, as well theseconddining room and a kitchen for smaller groups. The dining room opens to the beautiful terrace on this floor, with an outdoor dining and living area, both with stunning views of the sea. On the same floor there are  three double bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom and a private living room. Two more bedrooms sharing a private living room and bathroom, and with sea views.

Second Floor:

Special bridal suite with bathroom en-suite and private living room. 7 more bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a beautiful terrace with stunning sea views.

Outside building:

4 double bedrooms, bathrooms and a meeting room. There is also a gym.  

Services included: 4 hours of daily cleaning (except kitchen), and maintenance person available 24 hours. Mandatory hiring of a private chef who is in charge of kitchen supplies, cooking and cleaning.

The villa can be rented with 8 – 20 bedrooms, with a maximum of 40 guests..

Perfect for wedding or other celebrations, the maximum number of guests at an event is 80 – 90 people, and there must be no noise after 11 pm.
