The Villa Colonya luxury villa to rent in Mallorca is located in the exclusive Colonya Valley opposite Pollensa Golf Course. Set in grounds of more than an acre, the luxury villa is enclosed by traditional Mallorcan stone walls. Mature shrubs and bougainvillea and large, open terraces with stunning mountain views make this a perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday. The villa has superb furnished areas, both covered and uncovered, for dining and relaxing on both levels. There is also a large swimming pool with Roman step access. As well as a field where children can play, there is a ping pong table, and also a barbecue.
With the benefit of separate upper and lower level accommodation, the villa rental offers ample space for two families or a large extended family wishing to be based at the same villa, but with plenty of space to relax and find peace and quiet. In addition to its charming, traditional features, the villa also offers the latest in flat screen televisions, iPod docking stations, Wii games system, Apple TV and Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

On pool level, there is a separate villa/ apartment with further living/dining room, kitchen, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom,one twin bedroom, 1 shower room. The twin bedroom here has a curtain to separate it from the living area.
