The terraces here are perfect for “al fresco” dining, and outdoor chill-out area amidst vineyards and olive trees, is also ideal for relaxing outdoors, while reading a book or enjoying a private wine tasting.
The accommodation of the luxury holiday villa rental in the Douro valley includes a spacious open-plan living and dining room with large windows offering panoramic views, and access to a terrace. All four en-suite double bedrooms benefit from wonderful views, and the villa also features a well-equipped games room for guests to enjoy. The use of local slate, glass and wood in the design of the interiors add to the warm and open ambience.
The swimming pool, with pool terrace (with barbecue and oven) is at the lower level of the property, where there is also another outdoor dining terrace. The free-form infinity swimming pool has a feature bridge, cascade and Roman steps (11 x 4,40 m and all one depth of 1,45m). In the evening, the atmosphere at the luxury villa to rent is quite magical with its floodlit infinity swimming pool, and the Jacuzzi (on the lower level of the villa) with ceiling lit-up with tiny stars.

Double bedroom suite with shower bathroom (both rain & handheld showers). Very spacious games room (with pool table and bar), plus a TV lounge area and fireplace. Fully equipped laundry room. Shower bathroom. Jacuzzi. Swimming pool terrace with barbecue and oven, plus another outdoor dining area.
All the bedrooms have a double bed of 2×1,60 meters, block-out blinds, TV and an open plan bathroom. All the shower bathrooms have both a rain shower and a handheld shower, and bathrobes, slippers and hairdryers are provided. A baby cot (and linen) and a high chair are on request, free of charge

Maid service 2 hours per day after breakfast is served. Breakfast is included and a cook service is available on request.
Concierge service to advise/help with local arrangements and bookings for restaurants, winery visits, tastings, tours, spa treatments and taxi and airport transfers. A local mobile is also provided, as well as a tablet computer to use as a reference guide to the region.
One week (or longer) rentals will also benefit from a complimentary “local gastronomy” meal, a visit and tasting at one of the Port producing Quintas, and (weather permitting) a vineyard terrace picnic, plus a two hour Rabelo boat ride on the Douro.
