Decked pathways run all around the property, which also features a private swimming pool (12 x 4m) and terrace, pines, fig and olive trees, as well as some quiet spots to relax with a book, or a glass of chilled regional white wine.

The accommodation is in a main house, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and a garden cabana with one bedroom, bathroom and private terrace. Very light and spacious, the rooms open to terraces, and ocean inspired touches inside include light shades made of lobster traps and a sperm whale jawbone on the main sitting room wall. Amenities within the Comporta villa rental include cable TV with international channels, ceiling/electric fans in all the main rooms, mosquito netting on all the windows, and hairdryers provided. There is under-floor heating during the colder months, and firewood for log fires is included. The luxury villa to rent in Comporta, Portugal also has several bikes and yoga mats available for guests to use.

Comporta’s spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed at a local beach bar, and there are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The area is also great for exploring by bike and there is a surf school at Carvalhal beach, or horse riding at “Cavalos na Areia”. Comporta village with its hippy-chic shops and a wider range of restaurants is located 11 kms drive away.

A large open-plan sitting-dining room with open fireplace and kitchen opening onto a covered outdoor sitting and dining terrace. Kitchen equipped with central work island and with fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, juice maker, toaster, dish washer and washing machine. Separate breakfast terrace. Guest WC.

In a loft level above the kitchen, there is a small en-suite double bedroom (bed size 140×200 cm) with shower bathroom.

Double bedroom (bed size 160×200 cms) and twin bedrooms (2 beds of 90×200 cms) sharing a shower bathroom and each with their own private shaded deck area.

This villa has a wonderful location on the sand dunes, just 10 minutes walk from Praia do Pego beach. Carvahal beach, which has a surf school is just slightly further, plus there is also horse riding nearby. Comporta village, popular for shopping, is 11 kms.
