Situated on a private 40 acre estate with avocado and citrus trees, the outdoor amenities at the luxury holiday rental in the Algarve include a beautiful garden enclosed by a natural stone wall, pine trees providing shade and a large swimming pool (15 x 7m, 0,90m shallow end depth, 1,20m middle depth, 2,00m deep end, roman steps access), and heated on request), with surrounding terrace and outdoor shower. There is also a tennis court and a shaded games area (table tennis and table football) and 6 bicycles available for guests to use. The property also has a home gym, a barbecue and a pizza oven.

The interiors of this luxury villa rental are spread over two levels are full of natural light, with the spacious dining and living rooms opening to a covered terrace for relaxing and dining outdoors, and the garden. Kitchen equipment includes American fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven/hob/grill, dishwasher, waste disposal until, coffee machine, juice maker, toaster and kettle. All six bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and chestnut wood floors, while the rest of the villa has terracotta tiled floors.There are mosquito nets on all windows, and the main French doors have shutters. Further amenities available at the Algarve luxury villa rental include underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout.There is flat-screen TV (65 inches with all Sky sports channels included); DVD player and; Blue Ray player. Hairdryers are provided.

TV room opening onto a partly covered terrace (shared with two bedrooms) with stairs down to the garden. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower bathroom.
