Inside, there is a spacious living area with fireplace, and well equipped kitchen (including a blender, dishwasher, microwave, oven and dishwasher). The master bedroom, on the first floor, has an en-suite bathroom with shower, and overlooks the bay. Downstairs, is a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. A covered courtyard connects the main house to a second living space with its own kitchen and living room, while upstairs are two bedrooms, one with queen-size bed and one with double bed. There are also two further bathrooms. The many amenities at this luxury villa rental on Waiheke include a heating/cooling system, DVD-Player, broadband internet, stereo system, TV (Satellite) and a hairdryer. There is also a laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.  The owner has a 4WD jeep that is available to hire (if staying 7 nights or longer it is complimentary). 

Situated above beautiful Onetangi Beach, with stunning sea views, the rooms open to sunny, furnished terraces, including an open-air living area with open fire, a dining terrace, and a hot tub. The beach is just a few minutes drive downhill.
