On a quiet small street with water jetty for private boats, the apartment also benefits views over the Grand Canal to the Santa Maria della Salute church and the Guggenheim museum.

The luxury holiday rental in the centre of Venice offers exceptional accommodation, with elegant living areas displaying a carefully curated collection of mid-century furniture from iconic Italian designers, including Gio’ Ponti, Franco Albini, Caccio Dominioni, Angelo Mangiarotti, Fontana Arte, and Marcello Fantoni. The entrance foyer leads to the living areas from a reading room with gothic windows, to a main salon with iconic views of the Grand Canal, and a dining room. On request, catered dinners can be arranged for up to 14 people here. Doors open from both the entrance foyer and the master bedroom suite to a small terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. There is also loft suite which overlooks the greenery of the courtyard below, as well as the Grand Canal.  The third bedroom is a twin room.  Each of the three bathrooms is a masterpiece in itself, with opulent marble slabs appearing to have been carved in one from floor to ceiling.

Entrance foyer leading to reading room. Main ‘Accademia’ salon, with views of the Grand Canal and, to the right, to the Accademia bridge. To the left of the main salon is the dining room, with views of the Guggenheim museum. Stylish and well equipped kitchen with Gaggenau oven and hob and large fridge with integrated ice-dispenser. Next to the kitchen is a guest powder room/WC.

Master Suite with king size bed, with terrace access, and overlooking the Grand Canal and the Peggy Guggenheim Museum. The marble en-suite bathroom and dressing room, with two large windows, has a fully enclosed double shower, separate WC, double basin, dressing robes, Aesop amenities and heated towel racks. The stunning bathtub has been hewn from an incredible singular slab of marble.      

Loft Suite overlooking the greenery of the courtyard below, the Peggy Guggenheim Museum and the Grand Canal. The king-size four poster iron bed has two twin mattresses (1m x 2m) which can be made up separately if requested (although the bed cannot be divided. The adjoining bathroom a double sized shower, a single basin with Aesop amenities, and heated towel rails.    

 The Twin Suite has two single beds (90 x 2m) which can be put together with a mattress topper on request. There is also a convenient workspace by the window and a large Apple TV. The en-suite bathroom has double sized shower and single basin with Aesop amenities.
