The spectacular views over the surrounding countryside also encompass the medieval castle of Antognolla, and its adjacent 18-hole championship golf course. As well as a peaceful location, guests at the luxury holiday villa rental will be able to enjoy a wide range of local experiences. A concierge team is available to arrange everything from in-villa spa services, cooking lessons, wine tastings, biking trips, truffle-hunting excursions, and day trips to nearby hill towns. With a small grocery store just a 2 minute drive away, and the village of Pierantonio, a 10 minute drive, guests can purchase local produce to cook at their villa, or request a private chef, or enjoy delicious typically Umbrian dishes at the estate’s restaurant, Il Caldaro. A shuttle service to the restaurant for dinner can also be provided.
The accommodation comprises the main farmhouse, an adjacent apartment and a small cottage. Beautifully restored throughout, the main villa, with 6 bedrooms, features antiques, classic modern furnishings, magnificent wooden ceiling beams, and local tiles from nearby Deruta (famous for its beautiful pottery and ceramics) in the bathrooms. Further accommodation is in the Olivo apartment with 2 bedrooms. There are two well equipped kitchens, one in the main house and one in the cottage. The many amenities include air conditioning throughout, satellite TV and Bluetooth Sound Systems. There are also 3 DVD players, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout, including the garden and pool area.
