A concierge team is available to arrange everything from in-villa spa services, cooking lessons, wine tastings, biking trips, truffle-hunting excursions, day trips to nearby hill towns, or a round of golf at the adjacent 18-hole Antognolla course. With a small grocery store just a 2 minute drive away, and the village of Pierantonio, a 10 minute drive, guests can purchase local produce to cook at their villa, or request a private chef, or enjoy delicious typically Umbrian dishes at the estate’s restaurant, Il Caldaro. A shuttle service to the restaurant for dinner can also be provided.

This luxury holiday rental villa sits on the very top of Monte Santa Croce, and benefits from 360 degree views over the estate, and the beautiful Umbria countryside.  Surrounded by fenced, landscaped gardens, the outdoor terraces are furnished for relaxing and dining outdoors, including a separate furnished terrace for breakfast, just outside the kitchen. There is also a pergola with dining area, seating 8, offering the perfect spot for watching the sunset, and a barbecue area with a dining table for six, is on yet another beautiful panoramic terrace. The large infinity swimming pool (13m x 5m – 1.5m deep), is also set in a wonderful position to take full advantage of the views, and can be heated on request at no extra cost..

The many amenities indoors include air conditioning throughout the villa, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, LCD TVs with Satellite and Sky Italia, DVD Player, Bluetooth sound system, and a spacious laundry room. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, two fridges and a microwave. For out of season bookings, heating can be arranged on request at extra cost.

A welcome hamper awaits guests’ arrival with initial provisions including bottled water, tea, coffee (including Nespresso capsules), olive oil and dishwasher tablets. Bathroom amenities, including shampoo and soaps are also provided. Baby cot, high-chair and baby bathtub are available on request. Guests will also be able to enjoy welcome drinks at the Il Caldaro restaurant on arrival, and a 20% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees, and 5% discount in the Golf Shop.
