This luxury villa to rent in Tuscany sits on top of a hill in the beautiful Val d’Orcia, with stunning views over the landscape, and just a 15 minute drive from the historic hilltop villages of Pienza and Montepulciano. Both Siena, around an hour’s drive away, and Florence, 1½ hours’ drive, can be easily visited as a day trip. Grocery stores, restaurants, farm shops with local products as pecorino cheese, wine, beer, extra virgin oil, fruit and vegetables are within 5 minutes driving distance, while supermarkets, open-air markets and wine merchants can be found in the surrounding towns, around 15 – 30 minutes away.
The villa is surrounded by 3 acres of landscaped gardens, which include a heated infinity swimming pool (20 x 4m), and a separate hot tub. The terraces for alfresco dining are paved with stones from the piazza in the town of Arezzo, and sheltered by a thatched roof and vine-covered pergola, with professional built-in brick oven, barbecue and sink. There is also an outdoor living area, furnished for relaxing while enjoying the tranquil location and amazing views. The expansive front lawn is perfect for children playing, and the vegetable garden produces delicious fresh produce which guests are welcome to use.
The accommodation sleeps up to 19 people in 8 very spacious bedrooms: 2 twins, 5 doubles and a lofted bedroom containing a sofa bed, a twin and a double bed. There is air conditioning in each bedroom, and an underfloor heating system and Wi-Fi throughout the house. Entrance to the property is by automatic remote controlled entrance gate, and there is a parking area.

Dining room with built-in buffet. Large living room with fireplace and seating for 16, flat-screen TV with satellite and DVD, VCR, CD player. Double doors open from here to the lawn and dining terrace. Guest bathroom.
