Located just 4kms from Lucca, this luxury villa rental’s position combines proximity to town with the peace and beauty of the surrounding countryside, which is one of the most popular residential areas of the town of Lucca.
The owners have fully furnished this luxury villa to rent in Tuscany in an elegant style, retaining original features and adding modern amenities, such as central heating, wi-fi, internet connection, DVD and stereo. A beautiful, large swimming pool (18x8m) is in the grounds, just a short walk from the villa. Also within the holiday rental’s garden, close to the villa is a lovely outdoor covered dining area, with barbecue.
This charming luxury vacation rental in Tuscany can accommodate groups of up to 20 people, with all bedrooms (except one) having its own bathroom. The rental of the property, together with another farmhouse on the same estate, offers the possibility for larger groups, up to 32 guests. For smaller groups it is also possible to rent only a part of the house, accommodating up to 12 guests. The helpful caretakers live on the estate in a separate apartment and are available to arrange cooking services for guests.
