Particular attention has been given to the elegant finishes and furnishing of the apartments contemporary Italian design.Located on the 2nd floor and accessible via the elevator,  it boasts both a Sauna and Jacuzzi, the ideal way to unwind while on holiday in Rome. There are 3 bedrooms in this luxury rental apartment, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. The heart of the apartment is a an open plan  living room, dining room and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table and the TV area accommodate up to 7 people.Each room of this luxury rental apartment in Rome is supplied with air conditioning and digital tv with Netflix and Prime Video, the living room has Sky TV. Parking is available for our guests at an extra fee while on vacation.

The first room has a double bed, sauna and two-seat jacuzzi. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The second bedroom with bunk beds has been designed for the younger guests; however, the beds have a standard size (90×190) suitable for everyone. This room has a bathroom with shower, located just opposite.

The third room is a triple room, equipped with a double bed and a single sofa bed. A small but functional walk-in closet allows you to conveniently manage suitcases and clothes while on vacation. This room also features an en-suite bathroom with shower.
