Close to this rental villa there is also the stop of the tram number 8, which reaches the very heart of the city in a few minutes.

The villa is set in the grounds with a large private garden with a heated swimming pool. The garden has plenty of greenery with carefully tended trees, flowers and plants. The garden has several fully equipped lounge areas where you can sit, eat and relax. The swimming pool area is fitted with sunshade parasols, lounge chairs, sunbeds and a shower. The beautiful villa, which was built in the late 1960s by a renowned Roman industrialist, is elegant and spacious. It has been recently renovated, while retaining the original architecture and its traditional décor.

The large living room has two separate living areas, one with a fireplace. There is a separate dining room, which is bright and airy, and is large enough to seat 12 comfortably. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. It has two French windows opening up to the garden and BBQ area. There are six suites in the villa, all equipped with modern heater/air conditioning systems and satellite TV. Each bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. As well as this, three of the suites have private balconies. Two of the bedrooms are twin rooms, which can be made up as doubles. There is a hairdryer in each bathroom, as well as Acqua di Parma luxury toiletries, bathrobe and slippers.

In the basement, there is a fitness room fitted with a running machine, exercise bike and Techno Gym™ weightlifting equipment. There is also a games room with pool table.
