Whilst having been recently renovated, this luxury villa rental still maintains its original flooring features of precious Vietri tiles from the early 19th century and the layout reflects that of a typical manor house of the coast. Spread over 400 square meters, it has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large terrace and garden offering an immersive experience of the Amalfi Coast. It can host up to 8 guests, between four bedrooms and three bathrooms, very suitable for groups and families with kids on holiday. The luxury villa rental also offers parking for three cars.

The rooms reflect the classic style of Amalfi coastal art with strong references to Vietri ceramics in colour and materials, through to the bright blue floor and the central tiled carpet, all with minimal styling in furnishings and modern comforts. There is A/C throughout the indoor areas.

Cleaning Fee: 350€ per stay (includes pre and post stay deep cleaning and 1 change of towels per person during the 1 week of stay).
After the 1st week of stay, 80€ per week will be charged for a weekly cleaning including 1 change of linens per week + 2 changes of towels per week per person.
Extra housekeeping hours are upon request and charged at 20€/hour).
