Situated on the coast, just 1 km from the picturesque village of Praiano, and a 4 minute drive (or 15 minute walk) from the beach at Marina di Praia, the Villa San Giovanni luxury villa to rent on the Amalfi Coast is also just a 6 minute walk from a local beach with a restaurant, and the famous night club L’Africana. A further 6 minute walk will bring you to another restaurant, Il Pirata, in a lovely cave-like setting. Praiano is also renowned for its stunning sunsets.

As well as a very convenient location, the luxury villa rental offers many facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool (photos to follow), and a magnificent indoor pool with jets and chromotherapy, and a steam room. There are furnished terraces for relaxing outdoors, and a patio, with tables, chairs, and sun umbrellas, ideal for having breakfast while enjoying the views.

The interiors of the villa have a modern design, while still retaining the charm of the original house.  The comfortably furnished living room has a flat screen satellite TV, and the large modern kitchen is very well equipped. The five bedrooms all have private bathrooms, and there is air conditioning throughout the property.
