The Villa del Mare Sorrento holiday accommodation is situated in a residential area, near the border with Sant’Agnello and just 100m from the Mediterranean Sea. The centre of Sorrento, with a great choice of restaurants, waterfront cafés, and shops, is just a leisurely 15-minute walk away, with great views. This impressive holiday rental features a private fitness centre and beauty treatments and massages can be arranged upon request. A public tennis court is located within a one-minute walk and there is also private parking for several cars. During the summer months, the owner can arrange for guests to use the beach club facilities at a nearby hotel – if required, this should be requested on arrival.

The villa rental’s rooms open to a comfortably furnished patio terrace at the front of the house, with an outside dining area with hand painted ceramic table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining. There is a barbecue, outdoor shower, and lounge chairs for sunbathing, next to a small outdoor pool (6.40m x 3.70m x 1.20m).

The main hallway on the ground floor leads to the various living rooms, the kitchen and the staircase to the bedrooms upstairs, or downstairs to the gym. The all-white living room has a fireplace and is furnished with three large sofas, a stereo CD player and a piano. A studio/library has a desk and a laptop computer which can be used by guests. This luxury villa to rent on the Amalfi Coast has wi-fi internet throughout the house, as well as air conditioning and heating. Also on the ground floor is a formal dining room, another less formal living area and the kitchen. Further amenities include LCD satellite TV and DVD player.

Ground Floor

Main living room, opening to terrace. Ten steps up from here is a small library with desk and computer. Five steps down from the living room is the formal dining area with a large marble-top table. Informal living area with a further dining area with wooden table. A few steps up from here is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower). Kitchen, well equipped with large fridge/freezer with icemaker, oven, microwave, a 5-range stove top and oven. Guest WC.

First Floor

Large, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a double sink, and a separate shower. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower . 2 double bedrooms, sharing a bathroom with bathtub.

Lower Ground Floor

8 steps down from the second living room leads to a brand new gym space, equipped with a treadmill, elliptical machine, stationary bike and, multi-gym machine. For your comfort, the private fitness centre also features a stereo with a selection of CD’s and a flat screen TV. There is a full laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities.

Maid service is included 3 hours a day, 6 days a week, with linen change once a week.
